Great place - 2 mins from beach - 3 mins to greengrocer - 3 mins baker - 3 mins supermarket - if you want a simple no frills holiday in the heart of the old town go for it - local fresh produce - loved it - Second visit- was lucky this time to get an end apartment. These are bigger and have a balcony at the back as well as the front. Location is great - really close to the beach and central for everything. Good to have a big fridge freezer TV got lots of channels unlike one in previous apartment which got nothing. Fairly comfortable beds and soft pillows. Good to have shutters.

The location is perfect, in the middle of Armacao, 2 minutes walk to the beach. The apartment is spacious, not the latest furniture but very clean.

Big construction site right next door, change of linen and cleaning of the apartment should actually be done every 5 days; but was only done once in 12 days. Equipment is limited to the most basic necessities.

The apartment is located directly in the pedestrian zone about 50 m from the beach. Very spacious (living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and balcony), well equipped kitchen, a supermarket just around the corner. Very nice staff, easy check-in and check-out. Very suitable as starting point for excursions to Albufeira, Marinha, Benagil, Carvoeiro etc. The car is recommended, although in high season there are certainly parking problems.

The view from our room was amazing, we could see the beautiful beach from our balcony. The staff was friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist us. Plus, the hotel was located in a great area with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance.

The room itself was less than desirable. The bed was uncomfortable, there were stains on the carpet, and the air conditioning was very loud.
